Obituary for Dolores Inez Jammer

Dolores Jammer was born on March 9, 1965 to Jesse Reyes Sr. and Jovita Solis-Reyes in Sweeny, Texas.
Dolores passed on May 15, 2017, with her family by her side. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother.

Dolores went to Sweeny High School and worked at the Dairy Mart every day after school. It was at Sweeny High that she met her husband, Elliott Jammer. She graduated in 1983 and just four years later on August 29, 1987, Elliott and Dolores were married. They honeymooned on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dolores and Elliott have one child together, Isaiah Jammer.

Dolores was an active volunteer at various schools and with the youth ministry and boy scouts. She absolutely enjoyed working with children. Dolores became a Bus Driver and won “Bus Driver of the Year Award” (SVC Awards). She became an ordained minister in 2003. She was a Christian woman and was a member of the Wild Peach Community Church of Brazoria, Texas.

She is survived by her husband, Elliott Jammer, her son, Isaiah Jammer, her parents, Jesse Reyes Sr. and Jovita Solis-Reyes, her brothers, Jesse Reyes Jr. and Victor Reyes, Elliott's parents, Elyos and Roberta Ewing, her brother-in-laws Durrell and Victor Ewing, extended family, and many friends.

Dolores is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jesus and Martina Reyes.
