Condolences

Condolence From: Vincent Patrick Chachere Jr.
Condolence: John was a mentor to me. During my high school football career and life, he helped me craft my skills on the field, & would come up on the weekends to practice with me on my footwork.

He introduced me to the perspective of saying what you really mean, even if not everyone agrees (and when to say it lol).

Being me, is something I can thank him for, as long I live. I seen him live by example with what he said 24/7, we grew up together, not even a few blocks from each other. He was always self-expressive about his beliefs and opinions.

He was always a character for sure. He could make you mad, sad, and laugh all within a few minutes. I realized soon, he never left a bad mark, because he would handle the problems where they would originally start. I don't know how, but there was always this 'get-it-done' mentality.

He will always be like a bigger brother in my memories. Always giving some simple, yet impactful advice, to keep doing what I was doing no matter anyone's personal opinion(s).

This couldn't be far from the truth. I just hope to be as brave as him while I'm here. "Speak up for what you believe, it's the only thing that's yours." Those words are what I take from him.

Thanks John. See you soon.

Condolence From: Ruth & Johnny Scott
Condolence: Dear Margarita & Family, you are going through one of the roughest times right now. For anyone to lose a child is very painful to say the least. I would not like to see this happen to anyone. But through your pain just know God has your back. Let him lead you through all of this. Trust in and lean on him, he will see you through. We will miss John very much and we hope that with each passing day that you will cherish the great memories that you all shared together. Pull all family close and hold them a little closer. Love is the key to most of our problems and it is what Jesus wants us all to do. We love you very much.
