Sharon Kaye (McKelvey) Gray-Wade was born July 26, 1962 in Houston Texas to parents Madeline Marshall and John McKelvey. Sharon didn’t venture far and lived in the Houston area all her life. She was raised by her “adopted” parents, Velma and Frank Celestine. After graduating from Kashmere High School, Sharon decided she liked the school environment and worked for HISD and then for nursing homes in Food Service.
